Benjamin Media Inc. Shipping Information

All products ordered from the Benjamin Media Resource Center will be shipped via UPS. Therefore, you must provide your physical address we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Benjamin Media Inc. Resource Center Return Policy

If you wish to return a product that you purchased from the Benjamin Media Resource Center, you are eligible to do so under the following conditions:

Returns must reach Benjamin Media Inc. within seven business days after the product was received. Additionally, Benjamin Media Inc. is not responsible for shipping charges and the purchaser agrees to pay all shipping costs.

All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received.  Benjamin Media Inc. will not accept any products that have been damaged or altered in any way. Shrink-wrapped software must be returned in its original packaging. Books that are sold in shrink wrap without CD ROMs may be removed from their packaging and returned under aforementioned policies.

Please note that the condition of all product returns are subject to review by the Benjamin Media Inc. bookstore manager and may be denied. Credits will be issued after your return is received and approved by the bookstore manager. Credits may take up to two weeks to process and will include the cost of the item only; no original shipping and handling charges will be credited.
